Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$0.67” appearing in clause 12.5(a) and inserting “$0.74”.

2. By deleting the amount “$0.75” appearing in clause 12.5(b) and inserting “$0.83”.

3. By deleting the amount “$0.80” appearing in clause 12.5(c) and inserting “$0.88”.

4. By deleting the amount “$28.70” appearing in clause 12.6(a) and inserting “$29.62”.

5. By deleting the amount “$28.70” appearing in clause 12.6(b) and inserting “$29.62”.

6. By deleting the amounts “$1150” and “$1018” appearing in clause 12.12(c) and inserting “$1182” and “$1047” respectively.

7. By deleting the amounts “$712.56”, “$800.67” and “$86.55” appearing in clause 13.3(a)(i) and inserting “$750.66”, “$843.48” and “$91.18” respectively.

8. By deleting the amounts “$712.56”, “$800.67” and “$86.55” appearing in clause 13.4(b)(i) and inserting “$750.66”, “$843.48” and “$91.18” respectively.

9. By deleting the amounts “1289”, “247.31” and “615.20” appearing in clause 13.6 and inserting “1358”, “260.53” and “648.09” respectively.

10. By deleting the table appearing in clause 14.1(a) and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 October 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 October 2022.
