A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$450.79” appearing in clause 12.4(a) and inserting “$460.39”.

2. By deleting the amount “$11.99” appearing in clause 12.6(d)(i) and inserting “$13.64”.

3. By deleting the amount “$3.31” appearing in clause 12.6(d)(ii) and inserting “$3.77”.

4. By deleting the amount “$0.82” appearing in clause 12.10(c) and inserting “$0.93”.

5. By deleting the amount “$27.37” appearing in clause 12.11(a) and inserting “$28.56”.

6. By deleting the table appearing in clause 12.12(a) and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
