Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$18.80” appearing in clause 35.1 and inserting “$19.23”.

2. By deleting the amount “$18.80” appearing in clause 35.2 and inserting “$19.23”.

3. By deleting the amount “$18.80” appearing in clause 35.3(a) and inserting “$19.23”.

4. By deleting the amount “$18.80” appearing in clause 35.3(b) and inserting “$19.23”.

5. By deleting the amount “$0.24” appearing in clause 35.3(c) and inserting “$0.25”.

6. By deleting the amount “$0.24” appearing in clause 35.3(d) and inserting “$0.25”.

7. By deleting the amount “$18.80” appearing in clause 35.3(e) and inserting “$19.23”.

8. By deleting the amounts “$10.10”, “$11.27” and “$17.32” appearing in clause 68.9 and inserting “$10.33”, “$11.53” and “$17.72” respectively.

9. By deleting the amount “$5.90” appearing in clause 70.5(a) and inserting “$6.71”.

10. By deleting the amount “$11.95” appearing in clause 70.5(b) and inserting “$13.58”.

11. By deleting the amount “$23.80” appearing in clause 70.5(c) and inserting “$27.05”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
