Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$80,691” appearing in clause 11.3(i) and inserting “$84,797”.

2. By deleting the amount “$543.50” appearing in clause 11.3(j)(i) and inserting “$571.16”.

3. By deleting the amount “$1137” appearing in clause 11.3(j)(ii) and inserting “$1195”.

4. By deleting the amount “$216.19” appearing in clause 11.3(j)(iii) and inserting “$227.19”.

5. By deleting the amount “$1979” appearing in clause 11.3(k)(iv) and inserting “$2080”.

6. By deleting the table appearing in clause 11.5(b) and inserting the following:

10. By deleting the amount “$9500” appearing in clause 11.6(b)(ii) and inserting “$9983”.

11. By deleting the amount “$9973” appearing in clause 11.7(d) and inserting “$10,430”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
