COVID-19 Award Flexibility – applications to vary Schedule X
(AM2022/22,AM2022/23)

Schedule X—Additional measures during Covid-19 pandemic – applications to extend operation of Schedule X – Schedule X deleted.

A. Further to the decision issued by the Fair Work Commission today, 1 December 2022 [[2022] FWCFB 221], the awards listed in Appendix A are varied as follows:

1. By deleting Schedule X—Additional Measures During the COVID-19 Pandemic.

2. By updating the cross-references and table of contents accordingly.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 January 2023. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 January 2023.
