AN120011 – Aged Care General Services (State) Award
(i) Employees shall be paid not less than the rates for the appropriate classification set out in Table 1 Rates of Pay, of Part B, Monetary Rates.
(ii) Any employee under 21 years of age who has attained the Higher School Certificate or equivalent, shall be advanced by one year in the general scale of their classification provided that such advancement shall cease upon the employee attaining 21 years of age.
(iii) The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2005. These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent over-award payments; and/or
(b) award wage increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum rates adjustment.
