Application to set aside obligation to pay redundancy pay

ORDER

A. Further to the decision issued on 2 November 2006 [PR974517], the Commission orders that the redundancy payment provisions of clause 42 of the notional agreement be set aside in respect of any obligation on Document Management Solutions Pty Ltd to pay redundancy pay to employees whose employment is transferred to Salmat Administrative Services Pty Ltd or Salmat Print on Demand Pty Ltd.

B. This order shall come into force from 3 November 2006.
