AN120154 – Concrete Pipe and Concrete Products Factories Consolidated (State) Award
(a) A first-aid outfit shall be provided by the employer at all works to which this award applies (see the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 2001).
(b) Any employee appointed by the employer to perform first-aid duty shall be paid as prescribed in Item 12 of Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of Part B, Monetary Rates, in addition to the employee's ordinary rates.
