38. RECOGNISED INDUSTRIAL ORGANISATION

(1) The Australian Workers Union, New South Wales Branch is recognised, within the limits of its constitution rule, to be the relevant industrial organisation of employees in the concrete pipe and products industry.

(2) Nothing stated above is to be construed to confer a right of preference of employment in favour of a member of an industrial organisation of employees over a person who is not a member of an industrial organisation of employers.
