The Company recognises its obligations in respect of compliance with Australian immigration laws. Existing and prospective Employees may be required to complete the Authority contained in Appendix G of this Award to obtain from DIMIA (Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs) details of immigration status. No person will be allowed to undertake any work for the Company unless it is verified he/she has the right to work.
This provision will be strictly complied with by the Company.
