AN120673 – Charitable Institutions (Professional Staff Social Workers)(State) Award
3.1 The minimum salaries to be paid to employees shall be as set out in Table 1 - Salaries, of Part B, Monetary Rates.
Provided that the commencing salary payable to an employee who has obtained a degree in social work or social studies or a degree and diploma in social work or social studies of a university established in Australia, requiring a minimum of four years full-time study, shall be the salary prescribed for the second year of service.
3.2 The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2005. These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent over-award payments; and/or
(b) award wage increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum rates adjustment.
