11. PROVISION OF OR PAYMENT FOR MEALS
An employee who is required to work overtime for more than two hours shall be paid, in addition to payment for such overtime:
(a) the amount as set out in Item 1 of Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of Part B, Monetary Rates, for breakfast when commencing such overtime work at or before 6.00 a.m.;
(b) the amount as set out in Item 2 of the said Table 2 for an evening meal when such overtime is worked for at least one hour immediately following her/his normal ceasing time, exclusive of any meal break, and extends beyond or is worked wholly after 7.00 p.m.;
(c) the amount as set out in Item 3 of Table 2 for luncheon when such overtime extends beyond 2.00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays;
or shall be provided with adequate meals in lieu of such payment.
