20. UNIFORMS AND LAUNDRY ALLOWANCES
20.1 Where an employer requires a uniform to be worn by an employee, the employer shall provide sufficient suitable and serviceable uniforms free of cost to the employee; provided that an employee, to whom a new uniform or part of a uniform has been supplied by the employer who, without good reason, fails to return the corresponding article last supplied to him or her, shall not be entitled to have such article replaced without payment therefor at a reasonable price.
20.2 An employee on leaving the service of an employer shall return any uniform or part thereof supplied by that employer which is still in use immediately prior to leaving.
20.3 In lieu of supplying a uniform to an employee, an employer shall pay to such employee an amount per week as set out in Item 5 of Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of Part B, Monetary Rates.
20.4 If the uniform of an employee is not laundered at the expense of the agency, an amount per week as set out in Item 6 of the said Table 2 shall be paid to such employee.
