PART 4 - EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEES' DUTIES, EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP AND RELATED ARRANGEMENTS.  

4.1 CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

4.1.1 Employees (other than casuals) covered by this Award shall be advised in writing of their employment category upon appointment.

Employment categories are:

(a) Full-time;

(b) Casual (as prescribed in clause 4.2); and

(c) Piecework (as prescribed in clause 4.3).
