PART 8 - TRANSFERS TRAVELLING AND WORKING AWAY FROM USUAL PLACE OF WORK 

8.1 BOARD AND LODGINGS

8.1.1 Where board and lodging is made available to employees the employer may deduct from the pay of the employees residing on the premises an amount of $50.40 for adults and $40.00 for juniors per week:

8.1.2 Where employees are required to reside in accommodation provided by the employer such accommodation so provided shall be of a fit and proper standard.
