This Award applies to employees engaged in or in connection with the manufacture, processing, and/or handling of fertilizer and like products, and to employees engaged in or in connection with the manufacture, processing, and/or handling of chemicals and/or other products and/or by-products manufactured, processed and/or handled by employees in the fertilizer and chemical industry, and to the employers of all such aforementioned employees throughout the State of Queensland.
