AN140205 – Pest Control Industry Award - State 2003
This Award applies to all employees engaged in or in connection with or incidental to the eradication and control of weeds and fungi, termites, borers, rodents and other pests, and to their employers in the State of Queensland:
Provided that this Award shall not apply to those employees or employers who already are covered by an Award or Industrial Agreement of the Commission.
