PART 4 - EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE'S DUTIES, EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP AND RELATED ARRANGEMENTS 

4.1 CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

4.1.1 Employees (other than a casual) shall be advised in writing of their employment category upon appointment.

Employment categories are:

(a) full-time;

(b) part-time (as prescribed in clause 4.2); or

(c) casual (as prescribed in clause 4.3).
