4.3.1 A casual employee means an employee engaged as such under clause 4.1.1 who is employed for less than 32 hours per week.
4.3.2 A casual employee must be paid for ordinary hours worked at the rate of 1/38th of the weekly rate prescribed in clause 5.2 for the class of work performed plus a loading of 23%.
