PART 5 - WAGES AND WAGE RELATED MATTERS 

5.1 DEFINITIONS OF CLASSIFICATIONS

5.1.1 "Qualified pest controller" means an employee who has obtained a certificate in pest control from an approved college of education.

5.1.2 "Controller grade 1" means an employee who has not obtained a certificate, but who is engaged in pest control work and is competent to undertake only certain work.

5.1.3 "Pest controller's assistant" means an employee who has been employed for less than 3 months and works under supervision.
