10.2 EQUIPMENT AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHING

Where necessary, the employer shall ensure that employees are supplied with suitable respirators, goggles, protective gloves, and rubber boots for use in weed control.

Such equipment shall remain the property of the employer and shall be replaced by the employee if lost by the employee or destroyed through the employee's negligence:

Provided that reasonable facilities are made available by the employer for the safe keeping of such equipment.
