PART 4 - EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEES' DUTIES, EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP AND RELATED ARRANGEMENTS 

4.1 EMPLOYMENT CATEGORIES

4.1.1 Employees covered by this Award shall be advised in writing of their employment category upon appointment.

Employment categories are:

(a) full-time;

(b) part-time (as prescribed in clause 4.2);

(c) job share (as prescribed in clause 4.3);

(d) casual (as prescribed in clause 4.4): or

(e) fixed term (as prescribed in clause 4.5)
