5.3.1 Any anomalies which may arise from the application of clauses 5.1 and 5.2 shall in the first instance be the subject of negotiation between the relevant parties.
5.3.2 Where an agreement cannot be reached on the rectification of an anomaly, the matter will be processed through the grievance and dispute settling procedure in clause 3.2.
