AN140318 – Wool Classers and Wool Sorters (Other than Wool Classers and Wool Sorters Employed in Shearing Sheds) Award - South-Eastern Division 2003
1.5.1 The "Act" means the Industrial Relations Act 1999 as amended or replaced from time to time.
1.5.2 "Commission" means the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.
1.5.3 "Junior" shall mean an employee under 20 years of age who does not receive the minimum wage for adults under this Award.
1.5.4 "Union" means The Australian Workers' Union of Employees, Queensland.
1.5.5 "Wool sorter" shall mean an employee engaged in sorting and/or classing wool for quality and/or texture and/or condition.
