When an employee is required to work for more than 2 hours on any day beyond the ordinary finishing time, the employee shall be allowed a break of one half-hour for a meal before overtime is commenced, and shall be supplied by the employer with a meal or be paid the sum of $9.60 extra as tea money in addition to overtime rates.
