AN140318 – Wool Classers and Wool Sorters (Other than Wool Classers and Wool Sorters Employed in Shearing Sheds) Award - South-Eastern Division 2003
6.4.1 A smoko of 10 minutes' duration each morning and afternoon in the employer's time shall be allowed each employee covered by this Award:
Provided that the smokos be taken at a time to suit the convenience of the employer and so as not to interfere with the continuity of the work where continuity is necessary:
Provided that where there is agreement between the employer, employee and the Union, periods of work may be rearranged so that there is less disruption to certain work by moving the rest pauses as herein before provided.
