CLAUSE 50. DEMARCATION DISPUTES

Any demarcation disputes arising under this Award between the Australian Workers' Union and the Australian Building & Construction Workers' Federation shall be settled in terms of the agreement entered into between those two unions on 10th June 1990, a copy of which is now to be found in Exhibit A6 in the proceedings which preceded the making of this Award. Similarly, any demarcation dispute arising under this Award between the Australian Building & Construction Workers' Federation, the Building Workers' Industrial Union of Australia, the Federated Engine Drivers' and Firemen's Association of Australasia, and/or the Amalgamated Construction, Mining & Energy Union of Australia (South Australian Branch) shall be settled in terms of the 15th February 1991 Agreement a copy of which is now to be found in Exhibit ABCWF (1) in the aforesaid proceedings.
