CLAUSE 4.7 SERVICE PROVISIONS (TERMINATION, CHANGE AND REDUNDANCY)

4.7.1 Continuity of service

For the purpose of clauses 4.4, 4.5 and 4.6 service means continuous service.

4.7.2 Service with two or more corporations

Where an employee has been employed by two or more corporations that are associated corporations, or by two or more corporations that are related to each other within the meaning of Section 50 of the Corporations Law, the service of the employee with each such corporation must be included in the calculation of the employees continuous service for the purpose of determining the employees entitlements according to clauses 4.4 and 4.5.
