5.2.1 Wage rates appear in Schedule 2.

5.2.2 Hourly rates

Subject to subclause 4.3.1 and clause 6.3; where, for the purpose of any provision of this Award, it is necessary to convert a weekly wage into an hourly rate, the weekly rates prescribed in this Award will, for the purpose of ascertaining their hourly equivalent, be divided in every instance by 38.
