CLAUSE 6.5 SATURDAY WORK

6.5.1 An employee who works overtime on a Saturday prior to 12.00 noon must be paid at the rate of one and a half times the ordinary hourly rate for the first 4 hours and double time thereafter. Any overtime worked after 12.00 noon on a Saturday must be paid at the rate of double the ordinary hourly rate.

6.5.2 An employee who works overtime on a Saturday must be paid at overtime rates for a minimum of three hours.
