SCHEDULE 8. VARIATION TO SEVERANCE PAYMENT ENTITLEMENTS
OPDATE 10:11:97 on and from (5 p.m.)

1. Pursuant to Clause 4.4.8 of the Award the employees Joan Valerie Davies and Christine Helena Twynam shall not receive the benefits of the severance pay provisions set out in Clause 4.4 of the Award, but will receive the benefit of the provisions of Clause 10.1.1 of the deed of sale and purchase.

2. The order will be binding upon Lange Dames Wilson Pty Ltd (administrator appointed) and the employees Joan Valerie Davies and Christine Helena Twynam and shall come into force on and from 5 p.m. on 10th November 1997 and remain in force for one calendar month therefrom.
