OPDATE 29:10:2004 on and from

1.4.1 Except as provided in clause 1.4.2, this Award comes into operation on and from 29 October 2004.

1.4.2 Clauses S2.2.2 and S2.2.3 of this Award operate on and from 5 May 2005.

1.4.3 Except as provided in clause 3.1.6 this Award will operate until 30 September 2006.
