CLAUSE 5.4 ON-CALL ALLOWANCE

An employee who is rostered to be on-call, or who is required to be on-call, and contactable will receive the on-call allowance for the relevant period as set out in Schedule 11.

The provisions of 6.5.9 Rosters will apply to an employee who is rostered to be on-call.

Where an emergency exists, the employer may request an employee to be on-call for a specified period of time by agreement and the employee may not unreasonably withhold agreement.
