CLAUSE 10.2 PROTECTIVE CLOTHING AND UNIFORMS
OPDATE 04:11:2005 on and from

10.2.1 Where an employer requires an employee to wear protective clothing or a uniform, such protective clothing or uniform as are reasonably required will be provided and maintained by the employer, provided that any issue of protective clothing or uniforms will remain the property of the employer.

10.2.2 Where an employee is required by the employer to wear protective clothing or a uniform but is not provided with such by the employer, the employee will be paid an allowance as set out in Schedule 11. Where an employee is required by the employer to wear footwear of a special nature but is not provided with such by the employer, an employee will be paid an allowance as set out in Schedule 11.
