20. - RESUMPTION OF WORK AFTER ANNUAL LEAVE

When an employee is not notified prior to taking that employee's annual leave that no further work is available on the mine, that employee shall be re-engaged on return for a minimum period of two weeks or be paid two weeks' wages in lieu thereof unless dismissed for misconduct.
