AN160141 – Gold Mining Consolidated Award 1980
(1) The Commission hereby appoints for the purposes of this award a Board of Reference consisting of a chairman and two other members who shall be appointed pursuant to regulation 16 of the Industrial Relations Commission Regulations 1980.
(2) The Board of Reference is hereby assigned the function of determining any dispute between the parties in relation to any matter which under this award may be allowed, approved, fixed, determined or dealt with by a Board of Reference.
