(1) Height Money: An employee shall be paid an allowance of $1.07 each day on which that employee works at a height of 15.5 metres or more above the nearest horizontal plane.
(2) An employee assisting a tradesman shall when the tradesman is in receipt of a disability allowance to be paid equal disability allowance.
