7. - HOURS (OTHER THAN CONTINUOUS SHIFT EMPLOYEES)

(1) The ordinary working hours shall not exceed forty in any one week and shall not exceed eight hours daily to be worked between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday inclusive

(2) Lunch interval shall not exceed forty-five minutes.

(3) Workers working underground shall work the hours provided in the award governing members of the Australian Workers' Union.
