AN160238 – Paint and Varnish Makers' Award No. 22 of 1957
(1) The Commission hereby appoints, for the purposes of this award, a Board of Reference consisting of a Chairman and two other members who shall be appointed pursuant to regulation 52 of the Industrial Arbitration Act (Industrial Commission) Regulations, 1974.
(2) The Board of Reference is hereby assigned the function of allowing, approving, fixing, determining or dealing with any matter which, under the award, may be allowed, approved, fixed, determined or dealt with by a Board of Reference.
