A meal break of a period agreed upon between the majority of the workers and the employer at each factory shall be allowed between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. In default of such agreement the meal break shall be not more than one hour and not less than thirty minutes to be taken within the aforementioned period.
