(2) Salary increases resulting from State Wage Case Decisions are calculated for those officers under the age of 21 years employed at Level 1 by dividing the current junior annual salary by the current Level 1.1 annual salary and multiplying the result by the new Level 1.1 annual salary which includes the State Wage Case increase.
