AN160741 – Coal Mining Industry (Engineers) Award 1990

1. - TITLE

This award shall be known as the Coal Mining Industry (Engineers) Award 1990, and shall replace the following awards:

• The Engineers Coal Mining Award 1953, as amended;
• Western Collieries Ltd (Special Conditions of Employment - Engineers) Award 1988, as amended;
• Griffin Coal Mining Company (Special Conditions of Employment - Engineers) Award 1988, as amended;
• and Engineers Long Service Leave Award No. 105 of 1955, as amended.
