(1) The rate per week for employees under this Award shall be:

(2) Leading Hands

A leading hand, when in charge of other employees, shall be paid the following rate in excess of the rate for employees under control.

(4) Production Bonus

(a) In addition to the rates of pay prescribed in this clause, employees shall be entitled to an additional flat amount of $46.20 per week production bonus including all paid leave.

(b) Liberty is reserved to the employers to apply to the tribunal for a reduction or deletion of the production bonus if the present levels of production are not maintained.

Schedule 2 - Griffin Coal Mining

(1) The rate per week for employees under this award shall be:
