(2) Leading Hands

(4) Production Bonus
(a) In addition to the rates of pay prescribed in this clause, employees shall be entitled to an additional flat amount of $46.20 per week production bonus including all paid leave.
(b) Liberty is reserved to the employers to apply to the tribunal for a reduction or deletion of the production bonus if the present levels of production are not maintained.
Schedule 2 - Griffin Coal Mining
