AN170054 – Laundry and Dry Cleaning Award

27. RIGHT OF ENTRY

For the purpose of interviewing employees on legitimate Union business, an officer of the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union - Tasmanian Branch, shall be permitted to enter the employer's premises subject to the following:

(a) that he produces his authority to the employer;

(b) that if the employer alleges that the officer is unduly interfering with the employer's work operations, or that the officer is offensive, the employer may then refuse right of entry, subject to the Union's right to bring such refusal before the Secretary for Labour for determination.
