PART IV – ALLOWANCES 

1. DISABILITY ALLOWANCE

In addition to the weekly wage rates prescribed in Part III - Wages and Related Matters, Clause 1 – Wage Rates, all production and engineering employees shall be paid $3.15 extra for each day or part of a day on which they are required to work away from the employer's premises.

PROVIDED that an employee working a 19 day work cycle shall be paid a disability allowance at the rate of $3.30 per day or part day.
