6. APPLICATION OF THE AWARD AND PARTIES BOUND

6.1 Where does the award apply?

This award applies throughout Australia in respect of the operation, overhaul and/or maintenance of aircraft, parts of aircraft and aircraft engines.

6.2 Who does the award apply to?

This award applies to employees employed in any capacity whatsoever in, or in connection with or incidental to, the industry or industries of assembling, repairing, testing and/or maintaining aircraft and/or parts of aircraft and of scheduled airline operations.

6.3 Who is bound by this award?

This award is binding on the Company and the organisations listed in Schedule A to this award and employees of the Company referred to in 6.2 whether members of the organisations or not.
