3. DEFINITIONS

3.1 In this award:

3.1.1 Australia Post means the Australian Postal Corporation.

3.1.2 Employee means a person engaged under clause 12 of the Australia Post General Conditions of Employment Award 1999 [Print S0871 [A1686]], unless otherwise provided in this award or another award.
