1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Adult and Community Education Professional Administrative Clerical Computing and Technical (PACCT) Staff Roping-in Award No.2 2004.
2. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon the National Tertiary Education Industry Union, its officers and members; and the Geelong Adult Training and Education (GATE) Inc, in respect of their employees employed within the scope of the Adult and Community Education Professional Administrative Clerical Computing and Technical (PACCT) Staff Award 1999.
3. APPLICATION
The provisions of the Adult and Community Education Professional Administrative Clerical Computing and Technical (PACCT) Staff Award 1999 shall apply to the parties to this award.
4. DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the first pay period commencing on or after 22 June 2004 and shall remain in force for a period of twelve months.
