4. DEFINITIONS

4.1 The Act means the Air Services Act 1995 as amended from time to time.

4.2 The Award means the Airservices Australia Award 2000 as amended from time to time.

4.3 The Employer means Airservices Australia.

4.4 Organisation means an organisation registered under the Workplace Relations Act, 1996.
