7. PARTIES BOUND

This award shall be binding upon:

7.1 The following organisations of employees, their officers and members:

Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union
National Union of Workers
Australian Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Workers' Union; and

7.2 The Australian Industry Group and its members, other respondent associations and members thereof and the employers listed in the schedule of respondents of this award in respect of all their employees covered by this award whether such employees are members of the organisations of employees listed in 7.1 hereof or not.
